2. Personal data we collect
To provide our services we may collect: name, phone number, email, company, property location, photographs and property documentation you provide, and data you submit through our contact form or WhatsApp. We do not collect sensitive personal data.
3. Purposes of processing
Primary purposes — necessary for the service relationship: quoting, scheduling inspection visits, preparing the technical report, invoicing and following up on the contracted service.
Secondary purposes — not essential, subject to your authorization: sending information about our services. You may opt out of these secondary purposes without affecting the main service, by writing to dro@nucleoestructural.com.mx.
4. Photographs and confidentiality of property information
Photographs taken during inspections are part of the technical evidence of the report and are treated as confidential client information. We do not publish images, data, addresses, or identifiable information of assessed properties without your express written authorization.
If any image is used for illustrative purposes on the site or in firm materials, it will be free of identifiable data — no recognizable façades, addresses, logos or company names — or used with the client's express authorization. We retain photographic and documentary evidence for the period required by applicable regulations as technical backing for the issued report.
5. Data transfers
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Data is transferred only when legally required, or when the service itself requires it — for example, to intermediaries or authorities at your request — always with your knowledge.
6. Access, rectification, cancellation, objection rights and consent revocation
You have the right to access, rectify and cancel your personal data, to object to its processing, or to revoke any consent granted. To exercise any of these rights, send your request to dro@nucleoestructural.com.mx indicating your name and the right you wish to exercise; we will respond within a reasonable time.

This privacy notice may be updated to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. Any change will be published on this same page, with the last-updated date shown at the top.
