1. Service provider and nature of the service
This site is operated by Ing. Úrsulo Cortés Hernández, located at or operating in Monterrey and its metropolitan area, Nuevo León, Mexico. We provide professional visual inspection services and prepare technical reports, signed by a Director Responsable de Obra (DRO) with a valid registration in Nuevo León, Mexico.
2. Informational nature of the site
The content on this site — including guides, case studies and service descriptions — is for informational and educational purposes. It does not constitute a structural report, technical opinion, or assessment of any specific property. Every property requires a specific evaluation carried out through an on-site visit and inspection.
3. Contracting process
Our service process follows four steps: quote, acceptance, inspection visit, and delivery of the report. The service relationship is formalized through an accepted quote or a service order — never by merely browsing this site.
4. Quotes
Every quote is personalized and depends on the type of property, its location, the requested scope, and available documentation. Prices or ranges mentioned on this site, if any, are indicative only and do not constitute a binding offer. Each quote has a defined validity period stated in the corresponding document.
5. Photographs and confidentiality
Photographs taken during inspections are part of the technical evidence of the report and are treated as confidential client information. We will not publish images, data, addresses, or identifiable information of assessed properties without express written authorization. See our privacy notice for more detail.
6. Intellectual property
The content on this site — text, images, report templates, and other materials — is the property of Ing. Úrsulo Cortés Hernández and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written authorization.
7. Limitation of liability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the site or the absence of typographical errors. Links to external sites are provided for reference; we are not responsible for their content or availability. The specific scope and limitations of our reporting services are described in Scope and Limitations of Service.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. For any dispute related to the use of this site or the provision of our services, the parties submit to the competent courts of Monterrey, Nuevo León, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply to them.
